iPhone Network Contract
If you have recently purchased a new iPhone, you may have also entered into a contract with a mobile phone provider for one or two years. This contract stipulates that you will pay for mobile phone service for the agreed upon term in exchange for a promotional rate on the iPhone. Many people agree to the contract because they know that the approximate retail value for an iPhone is £550 pounds.
Since you are in a binding contract for service, you want to make sure that you are able to use the mobile phone for that entire period of time. More often than not, your iPhone may fall to the ground or have something spilled on it which will cause damage. If this occurs, you would have to pay to repair the phone or purchase a new iPhone altogether.
