The main issue is that we cannot cover any item purchaseed from eBay. That is an absolute rule which we cannot bend unfortunately, because it is stipulated by our Underwriters. Sorry. We can cover any iPhone purchased from non-auction retailers, with a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), subject to the usual Terms as shown online

Hi.

I recently purchased an iPhone 4 from Ebay. The seller said that it is under warranty until Nov 2011.

Unfortunately, the only proof of purchase I have is confirmation that I have won the bid from Ebay. Is there alternative for me providing proof of purchase to your business? Am I able to provide you with my IMEI or Serial number?

I bought an iphone 4 for my grandson and I want to buy insurance for it, including loss, water damage etc. i bought it from Apple and it is registered to my grandson.
