If you are considering the purchase of an iPhone, then you should take the time to read blogs, review sites and forums that hold discussions about the phone.  At these websites, you will be able to read real customer reviews about the iPhone that can include positive and negative points about the phone.

Many avid iPhone users will share their feelings because they want to provide others with the information they did not have before purchasing the iPhone.  Many visitors will find useful information, tips, feedback and more.

One of the other topics that you can read about on these sites is iPhone insurance.  Since these mobile phones are high tech pieces of equipment, users are always looking for the best way to protect their investment.  iPhone insurance is an affordable way to protect your mobile device from accidental damage, liquid damage, theft, and fraudulent calls.  You will only pay £7.19 per month!

Protecting your iPhone

The initial cost of purchasing an iPhone may not worry some individuals because they tend to get a new phone by signing a two-year service contract with a mobile phone network.  This contract provides the consumer with a new iPhone at a substantially reduced price — this is very appealing because a new iPhone can cost several hundred pounds.

When an iPhone becomes damaged or stolen, the user will not be able to get a reduced price for the purchase of another phone.  The only option that is left is to purchase it at full price.

One way to avoid having to purchase a new iPhone is by purchasing iPhone insurance.  This insurance cover provides the following protections:

  • Liquid damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Theft
  • Fraudulent Calls
  • Extended warranty cover

The small monthly insurance premium or excess fee (£7.19 per month) is much less than having to purchase a new iPhone, should you experience a covered event.

Personalize Your iPhone with Skins

Several companies are providing iPhone users with the ability to personalize their mobile phones in a unique way.  Manufacturers create skins to wrap the iPhone with a design that is personal to the owner.  These designs vary from sports team logos to entertainment designs and other popular images.

Skins are made of flexible materials so that they can easily cover the mobile phone.  The iPhone user can purchase multiple skins and rotate them depending on what style they prefer.  There are also protective films that are placed onto the touch screen to keep it from getting scratched or damaged.

Another purchase that many iPhone owners are making is iPhone insurance.  It provides protection against a variety of things that can damage the mobile phone, such as accidental damage, liquid damage, fraudulent calls and theft.  In addition, quality iPhone insurance companies provide this cover even if you are travelling.

Left Handed iPhone Users

Thursday, August 12, 2010
posted by hemant

In the news recently, many iPhone users found that the new iPhone 4’s were having signal issues for left-handed individuals. This issue is due to the antenna being positioned around all four sides of the phone. When a left-handed individual holds the phone, it reduces the strength of the signal.
Initially, Apple’s position on the signal issue was for left-handed individuals to hold the phone in a different manner or to purchase a protective cover to reduce contact with the phone’s antenna. Now, Apple is stating that there is a problem with the formula that is used to calculate the strength of the signal the phone is receiving. Since the current formula overstates the strength, the company is going to provide an update to correct this problem.
When you are looking to download this update, you should also consider purchasing iPhone insurance. The cost of the insurance is much less than having to purchase a new iPhone should it become damaged or stolen. It provides you with cover against liquid damage, theft, accidental damage and more for a mere £7.19 per month.

Tips for Buying iPhone Insurance

posted by hemant

Are you thinking about purchasing iPhone insurance? Then you need to know what to look for in order to get the best deal and the best customer service.

You will want an insurance provider that will focus on your needs and will cover common events such as accidental damage, water damage, fraudulent calls, theft and extended warranty breakdowns. International cover should also be included for a minimum of 60 days of travel outside of the UK.
You should also use a company that will provide you with an affordable premium, such as £7.19 per month. The cost-benefit analysis is then worth the monthly premium when compared to paying full retail value for a new iPhone or for a costly repair.

By having the proper safeguards in place for your mobile phone, you will be able to cut your costs and save time. If you have to submit a claim, you will only have to pay a small excess fee in order to get a quick turnaround time.
