Equifax is a huge, internationally recognised security kite mark, to show that the security of the order form is the best and most secure it can be. The order form uses 256 bit encryption.
The payment security system offers maximum security both for us and for you the customer. This system has great security because of the credit checking it offers. It checks the card for 3 'green-lights', and only then is your card debited. The 3 'green-lights' are
1. The card is authorised to take payment (ie. not reported lost or stolen, there is money on the account)
2. The CVV2 number on the reverse of the card is correct
3. The cardholders address is correct as given.
If your card is being used fraudulently, and these 'green-lights are not triggered, the transaction will fail, which protects you from someone else using your card fraudulently. The address checking particularly offers you great security against anyone using your card fraudulently - they would not know your address. PLUS, we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address, so you would still recieve the paperwork! In the incredibly unlikely event of this happening, you would simply return the paperwork for a full refund.
